SUBJECT: Proposed Reorganization – Office of Community Planning and Development (CPD)

In accordance with Article 5, Section 5.02 of the HUD/AFGE Agreement attached is the information concerning the proposed reorganization in CPD. The purpose of this reorganization is to improve the alignment of CPD resources and provide an accurate reflection of the CPD organizational structure. This reorganization, in conjunction with the Department's Management Plan, ensures that the goals of each affected organizational component are best met; workloads are more efficiently managed, and employee skills are better utilized.

Please submit any preliminary proposals related to the impact of the proposed change to me within 10 calendar days after receipt of this memorandum.
