"Management will provide the Union with advance copies of all HUD surveys and other non-HUD surveys on personnel practices, policies and working conditions if Management receives them in advance. Results, analyses, and recommendations produced by these surveys will be shared with the Union before it is communicated to Bargaining Unit employees. Surveys initiated with the Union's concurrence shall include a statement on the survey indicating the Union's concurrence." 2007 Annual Employee Survey - National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 (Public Law 108-136, November 24, 2003), Section 1128, requires each Executive agency) to conduct an annual employee survey. The Department has an interagency agreement with OPM to administer this survey. The survey will assess (1) leadership and management practices and (2) employees´ satisfaction with their leadership, work environment, rewards and recognition, opportunities for professional development, and their opportunity to contribute to achieving their agency´s mission. Merit System Principles Survey - The Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) will deliver the Merit Principles Survey 2007 electronically via the web to approximately 2,000 randomly selected HUD employees. The survey measures the health of Federal merit systems and tracks a variety of Federal workforce issues.
